where we meet.
Cantiere Gastronomico brings people together through making, cooking and sharing food. Our studio in Via della Cordonata is the place where that idea becomes a practical experience: a counter to work at, a chef to learn with and a table to gather around.
Masterclasses are the starting point. Private events and corporate experiences let us shape the format around different people and occasions. NEE-NAH takes the project into a product of its own. The common thread is an open, contemporary way of experiencing food.
