THIS IS CANTIERE.

Your recipes. Your songs. Your Rome.
Your place in Rome
An intimate studio at Via della Cordonata 4, a short walk from Piazza Venezia. A class hosted as an event, with space to get involved.
Your soundtrack
Choose songs with the other guests while you cook. Your recipe booklet pairs the dishes with the music chosen during the class.
Your memories to take home
A Cantiere Gastronomico bag with your Polaroid photos and recipe booklet. All included in the class price.
The experience.
Step into our intimate studio at Via della Cordonata 4, a short walk from Piazza Venezia. We host each masterclass as an occasion to share: a welcome prosecco, time with the chef and space for your questions. Come on your own, as a couple or with friends; no previous cooking experience is needed.
Over around two hours, roll and cut fettuccine, fill and close ravioli, and build your tiramisu before enjoying the menu together. You help choose the music, too. The songs selected by the guests become the soundtrack to the class and are paired with the recipes in your booklet.
Take the memory home in a Cantiere Gastronomico bag: the Polaroid photos taken during the class and a booklet of the recipes you made, paired with the songs you chose. The bag and its contents are included in the class price, along with ingredients, equipment and drinks. Tell us about dietary requirements before booking.
