Pizza cooking classes in Rome
A pizza class gives you a different way to spend time together in Rome. You meet at the studio, work at the counter with the chef and turn the meal into the activity itself. Cantiere Gastronomico is in Via della Cordonata 4, near Piazza Venezia. The classes bring the preparation and the shared table into the same experience, so there is a reason to stay after the cooking is done.
Our pizza menus give you a choice of finish. Pair pizza with tiramisu if you want a layered dessert, or choose pizza and gelato for a different combination. Pizza, suppli and tiramisu adds a second savoury dish to the session. Open the individual course pages to compare what you will prepare, what is included and the way to request your date. The choice is about the menu you want to spend time making.
Each group experience lasts around two hours and includes the chef, ingredients, equipment, an apron, welcome prosecco and drinks. Previous cooking experience is not required. You follow the steps, take part and ask questions as you go. Choose English, French, Italian, Spanish or Russian when booking. For open group classes, if participants have different language preferences, the class will be held in English.
The classes work for couples, groups of friends and solo travellers who want to share an activity. If you are organising a celebration or a company gathering, a private format may be a better fit: visit our private events or corporate page to build a brief. Please discuss allergies, dietary requirements and accessibility questions with us before booking. We will help you check whether your chosen experience suits your group.
