Moments from our studio

The experience.
A Roman bite, fresh pasta and a cold finish: this combination gives you three different things to explore in the kitchen. In around two hours, the chef guides the group through a menu of suppli, pasta and gelato at our studio near Piazza Venezia. You move between preparations, follow the techniques and share the results at the table.
Choose this class if you like variety. The menu brings together different textures and moments, with the chef helping you understand how the work fits together. It is a chance to get involved in a meal from more than one angle and to make an activity out of lunch or dinner with your people.
No previous cooking experience is required. Ingredients, equipment, an apron, a welcome prosecco and drinks are included. Contact us with your preferred date, party size and language. If you have allergies or other dietary needs, tell us before booking so we can discuss the menu.
