The experience.
Fresh pasta deserves a little time at the counter. This class pairs it with gelato for an experience that moves from flour and dough to a sweet finish. You spend around two hours with the chef and the group at Cantiere Gastronomico, in Via della Cordonata, a short walk from Piazza Venezia.
The focus is on taking part. Follow the chef through the pasta preparation, try the movements yourself and ask about the details as they happen. The gelato gives the menu a different ending before you enjoy the food together. You can arrive with curiosity alone: this is a guided class, open to people without previous cooking experience.
Come with friends, bring someone you want to share the afternoon with, or join on your own. Ingredients, equipment, an apron, welcome prosecco and drinks are included. Send us your preferred date and language to check availability, and let us know about any dietary requirements in advance.
