Moments from our studio

The experience.
Three dishes, one shared session: pizza, suppli and tiramisu. This cooking class brings a savoury pair and a layered dessert together in around two hours at Cantiere Gastronomico. It is a menu for people who want more than one thing to try and a meal with a clear beginning and end.
You work with the chef through the preparations, moving between the different parts of the menu. Pizza and suppli give you two ways to get involved before the tiramisu closes the session. The class is practical and guided, so you can ask questions while you work and enjoy the process without needing previous kitchen experience.
Join as a couple, with friends or on your own. We provide ingredients, tools and an apron, as well as a welcome prosecco and drinks. Our studio is near Piazza Venezia. Send us your date and preferred language to check availability, and discuss allergies or dietary needs with us before booking.
