Moments from our studio

The experience.
Pizza first, tiramisu after. A simple plan for two hours spent cooking with other people in the centre of Rome. At Cantiere Gastronomico, the chef takes you through the work at the counter, from handling the pizza dough to putting together the dessert. You take part, ask questions and enjoy the food you have prepared.
The two recipes give the class its rhythm: the feel of the dough, the choices that go into a pizza, then the layers of tiramisu. There is no need to arrive with a repertoire of recipes or special equipment. We provide the ingredients, an apron and the tools for the session.
This is a good choice for friends, couples and anyone who wants a shared activity between visits around Rome. A welcome prosecco and drinks are included. Ask us for available dates and your preferred language; our team will confirm the booking details with you.
