The experience.
Five Italian wines, two hours and a sommelier to guide the conversation. This tasting explores the connection between wine and territory through a selection focused on local character. It takes place in our studio on Via della Cordonata, a short walk from Piazza Venezia, with a table set for your group.
An expert from the Cantiere Gastronomico team introduces the stories, grape varieties and character of each glass. Taste, compare and ask questions as the experience unfolds. A curated selection of Italian products accompanies the wines, bringing food pairing into the conversation and giving you another way to explore each wine.

What time do classes start?
Regular sessions start at 09:30, 12:30, 15:00 and 17:00, Rome time, subject to calendar availability. Evening classes are available only by prior arrangement via WhatsApp or email.
How many wines will we taste?
The tasting includes five Italian wines, with a selection focused on the local territory.
Who leads the tasting?
An expert sommelier from the Cantiere Gastronomico team introduces the wines, their grape varieties and stories.
How long does it last?
The guided tasting lasts two hours. The date and starting time are agreed with our team when you book.
Is food included?
Yes. A curated selection of Italian products accompanies the wines. Water, bread, professional setup and table service are included.
